Samaritans – Call 116-123 – If you need anonymous support you can call, text and email.
NHS Mental Health – Search for services in your area by postcode – everything from bereavement to OCD and everything in between.
Mental Health Foundation – Research and Information as well as a supportive network.
MQ – Mental Health – A charity dedicated to mental health research. Studies, stories and support.
NEDA – National Eating Disorder Association – USA based useful tools and resources.
SANE – Support and services as well as research into mental health.
Mind – England based support, research and services for mental wellness.

Mind Mood More – A mixed bag of stories and articles from multiple authors.
Em, Not Emma – Amazing comics and art covering life.
Scottish Mental Health Festival – Each October this in Scotland there is a mixed media festival around mental health.
Gemma Corell – An artist who illustrates mental illness beautifully.
Robot Hugs – Another awesome illustrator.
Radical Transformation Project – Faith is a blogger with anxiety and depression who created a Mental Health Planner.
Resilient – A host of information on various mental illnesses.
